Tea Emporium of darjeeling
A proper Darjeeling tea recipe can completely change the character of your teas,being a tea taster for years now has given me the authentic knowledge to brew the tea for an excellent cuppa......
Tea Recipes:
Black teas:
- Boil fresh water in the kettle. Do not under boil or over boil.
- Wash pot with little warm water add tea, (one teaspoon of tea leaves per cup and one extra for the pot).
- Pour hot water and keep covered for 3-5 minutes.
- Stir, filter, add a dash of sugar to taste and sip in the goodness of Darjeeling Black tea.
2. Wash pot with little warm water, add tea, (one teaspoon of tea leaves per cup )
3. Pour hot water and keep covered for 3 minutes.
4. Stir, filter, (do not add sugar to get the benefits of antioxidants available in the tea) and sip in the goodness of Darjeeling Green tea.
White teas:
- Boil fresh water in the kettle. Do not under boil or over boil.
- Wash pot with little warm water, add tea, (one teaspoon of tea leaves per cup )
- Pour hot water and keep covered for 3 minutes.
- Stir, filter, (do not add sugar to get the highest benefits of antioxidants available in the tea) and sip in the goodness of Darjeeling White tea.
